KILLSWITCH ENGAGE Warn Against Fake Bandmember Postings

May 13, 2005

KILLSWITCH ENGAGE have posted the following message on their official web site:

"KILLSWITCH ENGAGE appreciates 'fans' developing KsE My Space pages. It seems to be a good place for fans to get together and chit chat. We thank you and the My Space members for your undying support. Unfortunately, (and this may be a shock) no one in the band KILLSWITCH ENGAGE is a member of the My Space community. The KILLSWITCH ENGAGE My Space site has ALWAYS been a fan site. At no time did ANY member of the band cooperate or have ANYTHING to do with it or its postings. Any person or persons claiming to be a member of KsE or a friend of KsE who writes for that site is undoubtedly LYING. This in no way means "do not support the KILLSWITCH ENGAGE My Space site", we just wanted to set the record straight for all those being fooled by this UNTRUTH..."
